Coffee, yes. This weekend could be good.

There's something awfully fun about this lingering fog. I sometimes like to imagine I'm in a horror movie as strangers lurch in and out of the fog and shadows.

See you soon.

Weren't we going to have coffee when #snowmaggedon ended? Unfortunately, I'm still in the grips of #fogmaggedon - was out driving after dark last night and was just terrified by the cyclists with no lights, pedestrians suddenly looming in the mist at crosswalks.

Good point, BTW. :)

I fully agree. The challenge is to actually create those business/growth opportunities while trying to still maintain the friendships. That's why I always asked you how social media people manage to be friends while they are still direct competitors.

And of course, even though we both have sustainability and social media interests, it should be disclosed that we (you and I) are not competitors, but friends :)

I have to agree with most (if not all) the things you've said here. My job advice assumes that the job seeker is competent, ambitious, and someone a company would be lucky to find. With that in mind, social networking allows you a broader scope of people who you can connect to & hopefully that will lead to work (I've certainly gotten work from my relationships on Facebook, Twitter etc.)

Oh & I say this as a good friend of Mr. Narvey ;)
