The bright sunny day we experienced in Vancouver today reminded me that from time to time, there actually are breaks in the winter gloom. Rare, but they do happen. I started checking out my photos on Flickr of the past summer to remind myself of what it looked like. Ah, you can’t beat this city on a sunny day.
Here’s a colorful shot taken in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery. Nice balloons! They represent air-dropped mines. Not so cute now, eh? Ah, well. That’s our city for you. If anyone else has a favorite quirky Vancouver summer photo, drop me a link in the comments.
