The Sri Lankan government must make sure that another LTTE doesn't rise. The government must treat both the Sinhalese and the Tamils as one. The Tamils should have the same rights as their Sinhalese counterpart. If the government doesn't learn from its mistake committed by earlier governments, the island-nation might see another Prabhakaran rising and fighting against them.
