What exactly is "winning" ???

Killing more 'bad guys'??? Who are 'bad guys'? How much damage to other things, including innocent people came about to kill those 'bad guys'??? Who is funding the killing of 'bad guys'?

- And don't give us the line about 'women's rights' either - because the warlords, who basically run most of the country, have proven to be equally as brutal as their predecessors, not to mention the legislation that Karzai quietly passed allowing women to be forcibly raped by their husbands - nice. Worth spending taxpayer dollars and having our troops die and have lifetime PTSD issues for isn't it?

Well that's just swell. Carry on then trumpeting about how swimmingly well everything is going.

Bombs don't build countries, particularly in regions where things are much more complex than conservative chickenhawks seem to think. They are always so eager to 'support the troops' with those stickers on their car, but you curiously never see any one of them lining up at the recruiting office do you?

Just as an aside.
Seems the most under reported story out of Afghanistan is that its been sometime since we have reported any casualties on our side but theres been quite a few on their side.

Would that be an indication that we are winning?

That explains why the media hasn't reported it then.
