A Day at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles
Finally got around to posting some photos of my recent trip to Los Angeles. Aside from catching up with my relatives, one highlight was the J. Paul Getty Museum.
A veritable Mount Olympus of high culture, it is set atop a mountain and only accessible by tram from one access point (disregard any misleading data from Google Maps that might indicate you can get to it on foot — you can’t. Found that out the hard way). The architecture and views of the city definitely compete for your attention to the great works to be found inside.
